The two fields

The eight presets, one at a time

dolly_in — the camera travels toward the subject, so the subject grows across the clip. This is the standard intimacy build: open on a full-body framing and end on chest-up. Prompt: a woman reclining on dark sheets, soft key light from the left, with dolly_in.

dolly_out — the reverse. Useful as a closing beat, or to reveal the framing was tighter than the scene. Prompt: close framing on bare shoulders, warm lamp light, with dolly_out.

dolly_left / dolly_right — lateral travel. The payoff is parallax: foreground and background separate, which reads as real camera work rather than a pan. jib_up / jib_down — vertical travel on a crane arm, which changes the high-low relationship rather than the distance. jib_down from a high angle settling to eye level is the most reliable opening move in this set: it establishes the space, then commits to the subject.

static — an explicit lock. This is not the same as omitting the field. static actively suppresses drift, which matters for clips where the movement should come entirely from the subject.

camera_lora_scale: how hard to push

The default of 1 runs the move at full strength, which on a 6-second clip covers a lot of ground. Lower values keep the motion legible without letting it dominate:

• 0.3–0.5 — a drift. The frame is alive, the move is not the subject.
• 0.6–0.8 — clearly intentional camera work, still subordinate to the action.
• 1.0 — the move is a compositional element in its own right.

Division of labour is clean: the LoRA decides motion type and intensity, the prompt decides everything being photographed. Keep camera verbs out of the prompt once the LoRA is set — prose asking for a pan while dolly_in is attached gives the model two instructions.

The prompt carries no camera language at all. Everything about the move lives in the two fields.
