How Token Billing Works

tokens = (output height × output width × (input duration + output duration) × 24) / 1024

At $0.013375 per 1K tokens that resolves to $0.134/s at 480p and $0.29/s at 720p. Passing a video in drops the rate to $0.008 per 1K — the one parameter that makes a call cheaper. LTX 2.3 works the same way with frame rate as a live term, so 30fps costs 1.25× the 24fps price. The list rate always quotes the cheapest setting.

MiniMax H3: The One Flat Rate

Seedance 2.5 is live across bytedance/seedance-2.5-t2v, -i2v, and -ref2v, and its listed $0.134/s is the 480p rate. Per the console table: 10 seconds is $1.34 at 480p and $2.90 at 720p; 30 seconds is $4.02 or $8.70.

seedance-2.5-ref2v publishes a range instead of a single number — $0.29 to $0.8205/s at 720p — widening with reference volume; the playground quotes its midpoint.

Two launch claims do not survive the endpoint: native 4K, where size accepts 720p or 480p only; and "up to 50 reference inputs", where ref2v accepts images (max 30) and videos (max 10). Confirmed: duration 4 to 30 whole seconds, seven aspect_ratiooptions, and an audio_enable boolean.

So Seedance 2.5 is the long-clip option — 30 seconds in one call, against H3's 15 and LTX 2.3's 20. It is not the cheap option and not the high-resolution one.
